NOTICE OF A REGULAR ARCH COMMISSION MEETING October 23, 2025, at 6:00 PM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard ARCH Commission will hold a regularly scheduled ARCH Commission meeting on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. CONSENT ITEMS 2.1. Approval of the August 21, 2025 ARCH Commission Meeting Minutes 3. PRESENTATIONS/AWARDS 3.1. ARCH Grant Updates - Heritage Foundation & Cultural Fire Events. 3.2. ARCH Grant Update Presentation - Vineyard Youth Council 3.3. ARCH Grant Update - Vineyard Parks and Recreation 3.4. Wooden Skatepark Presentation 4. WORK SESSION 4.1. 2026 ARCH Grant Application Update 4.2. ARCH Commission Member Role Assignments Vineyard City Staff worked with the ARCH Commission Chair to compile a list of duties for each ARCH Commission Member. Not only do these duties provide added structure for the function of ARCH, but they can also allow for the empowerment of each Commission member. With each ARCH Commission member's individual efforts, Vineyard City can enjoy enhanced Parks & Recreation opportunities. 4.3. Utah Lake Shoreline Trail Amenities 4.4. Tucker Row Park Amenities 5. This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a board member to participate electronically. The public is invited to participate in all ARCH Commission meetings.
