KEARNS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF 2026 BUDGET, WATER & SEWER FEE INCREASES, AND
NEW FEES PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Kearns Improvement District (the 'District') intends to hold a Public Hearing on the tentatively adopted 2026 Tentative Budget, Water & Sewer Fee Increases, and New Fees to give interested persons in attendance an opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the 2026 Tentative Budget, Water & Sewer Fee Increases, and New Fees.
A Public Hearing to consider the District's 2026 Budget, Water & Sewer Fee Increases, and New Fees will be held on November 18, 2025 commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the Board room at the District office located at 5350 West 5400 South, Kearns, Utah.
The 2026 Tentative Budget, Water & Sewer Fee Increases, and New Fees will be available for public inspection at the front counter of the District office during normal business hours and on the District's website, KIDWater4UT.gov, at least seven days before the Public Hearing.
All persons interested and present at the Public Hearing noticed above will be given an opportunity to be heard. To obtain more information regarding the subject of the Public Hearing, please contact Riley Astill at (801) 968-1011.
