Description/Agenda: Sigurd Town (hereinafter referred to as 'the Town') is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms experienced in planning, design, construction engineering, and funding procurement. The selected firm will serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR). The engineer must be a licensed professional engineer in the State of Utah with at least five years of experience. Proposals are due by 5:00 PM on Wednesday the 19th of November, 2025. Proposals will be reviewed in the town council meeting at 7:00 PM on Wednesday the 19th of November, 2025. Please see the attached document for further submission details.
