NOTICE OF 2025 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Municipal General Election will be held in Payson City, Utah, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 (election day). Information relating to the election, including Vote Centers (polling places), early voting, ballot drop box locations, and qualifications of persons to vote, may be obtained from any of the sources listed below. Ballots may be placed in the ballot drop box located on the north side of the Payson City Center, 439 W Utah Avenue, or any drop box located in Utah County until 8 p.m. on election day OR taken to any Utah County Vote Center by 8 p.m. on election day. Mailed ballots must be in the possession of the Utah County Clerk on or before election day by 8 p.m. Vote Centers (polling places) will be open between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on election day for in-person voter assistance and provisional voting. Any changes to Vote Center locations (polling places) or additional locations will be posted on the Payson City Website or Utah County Elections Division Website. The qualifications for a person to vote: (1) a citizen of the Unites States, (2) has been a resident of Utah for at least the 30 days immediately before the election, (3) will be at least 18 years of age on the day of the election, and (4) currently resides within the voting district or precinct in which the individual applies to register to vote.
