Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF SUMMARY STATEMENT ORDINANCE: 25-04 This notice serves as a statement that on October 21, 2025, the Washington Terrace City Council passed Ordinance 25-04, which adopts Chapter 2.18 'Administrative Proceedings' and amends Chapter 8.16 'Inspections and Cleaning'. The ordinance is in compliance with state law allowing municipalities to remove and abate certain nuisances and requires administrative proceedings in certain circumstances in order for effective enforcement .
