NOTICE OF A REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD MEETING October 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Redevelopment Agency Board will hold a meeting on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. RDA Priorities & Land Use Plans in Geneva Project Area RDA Director Josh Daniels review RDA Priorities. 4. BUSINESS ITEMS 5. CLOSED SESSION The RDA Board pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205 may vote to go into a closed session for the purpose of (these are just a few of the items listed, see Utah Code 52-4-205 for the entire list): a discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual b strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining c strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation d strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares e strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares f discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems g the purpose of considering information that is designated as a trade secret, as defined in Section 13-24-2, if the public body's consideration of the information is necessary in order to properly conduct a procurement under Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Utah Procurement Code 6.
