PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Leamington Town Council will hold two public hearings regarding the proposed adoption of the updated Leamington Town Ordinances.
First Public Hearing:
Date: Tuesday, November 12, 2025
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Location: Leamington Town Hall, 61 West Main Street, Leamington, Utah
Second Public Hearing:
Date: Wednesday, December 10, 2025
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Location: Leamington Town Hall, 61 West Main Street, Leamington, Utah
The purpose of these hearings is to receive public comment on the complete draft of the Leamington Town Ordinances, which are scheduled for adoption at the December 2025 Regular Town Council Meeting. If adopted, the ordinances will take effect on January 1, 2026.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend and give any input. You can also submit written comments in advance to the Leamington Town Clerk, 61 West Main Street, Leamington, Utah 84638.
