PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice of Vacancy - Kane County Water Conservancy District
Notice is hereby given that the Kane County Water Conservancy District's Board of Trustees is looking to fill three (3) vacant positions. The term for these positions will expire 12/31/2029. Each subsequent term will be 4 years in length.
Applicants wishing to apply for these positions must be a registered voter within the District and will be the director representing one of the following areas.
One (1) Division 1: Virgin and Sevier River Drainage, including applicants from the Cedar Mountain areas (Duck Creek Water System).
One (1) Division 2: Kanab Creek Drainage, including Kanab City.
One (1) Division 3: Johnson Wash Drainage, including applicants from Johnson Canyon, the Johnson Creek Drainage Area, and Johnson Canyon Culinary Water System.
Anyone interested in filling these positions may submit a signed letter of intent and a brief resume to the following address:

Hand delivered letters may be dropped off in the Clerk's Office at the Kane County Admin Building.

Please submit letters of intent by 5:00 pm, Monday, November 24, 2025.
Applicants will be interviewed by the commissioner assigned as a liaison to the district, who will then make a recommendation for appointment to the full County Commission.
