Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance 2025-20 Amending Title 3, Chapter 10 and Title 10, Chapters 3, 12-17, 26, 34, 49 and 51 regarding Bed & Breakfasts. 2. Ordinance 2025-21 Amending Title 10, Chapter 39 regarding offsite bonding. 3. Ordinance ZC25-18 a Zone Change request for parcel H-GIP-2-GS1 from Planned Commercial (PC) to General Commercial (GC). 4. Ordinance ZC25-19 a Zone Change request for parcels H-MVEH-1-COMMON-A and H-HVEH-1-COMMON-B from Residential Agricultural 1 (RA-1) to Single Family Residential 10 (R1-10). A copy of the approved ordinances is available in the Recorder's Office at the City Office, 147 N 870 West or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy.
