- Public Notice is hereby given that the Oakley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and take possible action: Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and take possible action regarding: Plat Amendment affecting Maple Ridge Ranches, lots MRR-A1, MRR-A2, and MRR-B2. Plat amendment proposes minor changes to lot lines, primarily where the 3 lots intersect, and also proposes changes to the limits of disturbance for each lot. PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com. These comments will be reviewed by Commissioners prior to meeting of Planning Commission. For a copy of this notice, please visit: 1) www.oakleycity.com or www.pmn.utah.gov, 2) Oakley City Offices, 960 W. Center Street, or 3) call 435-783-5734. Forthcoming meeting agenda and project staff report will be available at the above locations as well.
