JUAB COUNTY INTENT TO ADOPT SECTION 13-3-111, JUAB COUNTY CODE. The Juab County Commission hereby gives notice of its intent to adopt section 13-3-111 (Standards and Responsibilities for Cattle Guards and Adjacent Fencing) of the Juab County Code. The ordinance, among other things, establishes responsibilities for the installation, ownership, maintenance, and repair of cattle guards and adjoining fences on county roads; authorizes the county to remove or close a cattle guard when required to protect public safety; and provides for penalties for violation of the ordinance. A complete copy of the ordinance is available at the county clerk's office for public review. Commissioners Marvin Kenison, Clint Painter, and Marty Palmer voted for the adoption of the ordinance.
