- Call to Order and Welcome: Chairman John Scott Agenda Items: 1. Chairman Scott - Signing of Interlocal Agreement by Ephraim City, Manti City & Sanpete County. 2. Chairman Scott - Explanation of Board Structure and Introduction of Board Members. 3. Chairman Scott - Proposed Renaming of Airport from Manti - Ephraim Airport to Sanpete County Regional Airport. 4. Kent Barton - Airport Manager's Report.
