Description/Agenda: JUAB COUNTY INTENT TO ADOPT CHAPTER 2-13, COUNTY DATA PRIVACY PROGRAM OF THE JUAB COUNTY CODE. The Juab County Commission hereby gives notice of its intent to adopt chapter 2-13 (County Data Privacy Program) of the Juab County Code. The ordinance, among other things, appoints a chief administrative officer who will oversee the county's compliance with the Government Data Privacy Act, adopts a County Privacy Program Policy, and mandates privacy impact assessments and data privacy training for county employees. A complete copy of the ordinance is available at the county clerk's office for public review. Commissioners Marvin Kenison, Clint Painter, and Marty Palmer voted for the adoption of the ordinance.
