Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that Blanding City Council will hold a Public Hearing on October 28th, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Blanding City Office, 50 West 100 South. This is for the purpose of allowing all interested and concerned parties the opportunity to be heard (either orally or in writing ) relative to the following: Blanding City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on October 28th, 2025, to receive public comment on a request by B3 to rezone the property located at 316 W 300 N in Blanding containing approximately 3 acres from Commercial to R - 2 (Residential). The hearing will be held at the Blanding City Office, 50 W 100 S, on October 28th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Said hearing will be held in the Council Room at 50 West 100 South. Email comments may be sent in advance to predd@blanding-ut.gov.
