CITY OF HOLLADAY NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 28th as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to accept comment during the consideration of amending the Site Development Masterplan SDMP (2007) for the Royal Holladay Development. A proposal, made by the property owner, KMW Development, to include project signage details for the development. As indicated by the SDMP (pg. 17), project signage criteria is anticipated to be added to the master plan as an appendix. The planning commission will review provided sign standards (i.e. dimensions, lighting) for all locations currently indicated in the plan. The proposed amendment is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours. The public can remotely watch the Live Stream of the meeting at holladayut.gov/government/agendas_and_minutes.php. To provide a public comment or to comment on any public hearing, you have the following options: 1. In-person attendance at Holladay City Hall or 2. Email your comments by 5:00 PM on the date of the meeting to jteerlilnk@holladayut.gov or call 801-527-3890. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Stephanie N.
