CONSENT ITEMS
The Council may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration.
1. Agreement for American Fork-Dry Creek Watershed, between American Fork City, Lehi City, and Saratoga Springs, and the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Resolution R25-53 (10-21-25).
2. Approval of Minutes: October 7, 2025
BUSINESS ITEMS
The Council will discuss (without public comment) and may approve the following items:
1. Site plan for Harvest Point Commercial Plat A Lot 2, Located 2093 N. Hillcrest Road. K.C. Bills as applicant.
2. Bid approval for City Entry Monument located at SW corner of Riverside Dr. and Crossroads Blvd. at Steele Ridge Plaza. City initiated. Resolution R25-54 (10-21-25).
3. Review and possible approval of Public Infrastructure District policy. Resolution R25-55 (10-07-25).
4. Intent to Annex SITLA Saratoga Springs Annexation (Three Canyons), 1209.952 acres, Located at approximately Grandview Boulevard and Stillwater Drive along the current and future Mountain View Corridor right-of-way, west of Jacob Ranch and south of Brixton Park Drive. Larry H. Miller Real Estate - Brandon Ames, as applicant. Resolution R25-56 (10-21-25).
