PARCS 501c3 MEETING AGENDA 1651 W. 2300 N., Clinton, Utah October 20, 2025 - 3:00pm I. CALL TO ORDER AND WELCOME Thank you for coming II. MOTION TO OPEN PUBLIC MEETING a. Do we have a motion to open the public meeting of the PARCS 501c3 Board? Motion - Second - Yes - / No- III. ROLL CALL - (Circle who is present) Brooke Mitchell, Amy Visser, Josh Rodriguez/Dane Larson, Bev Lambdin, Tangie Dayley, Kathy Ostberg IV. PUBLC COMMENT Any public member who wishes to address the Board shall have up to three (3) minutes to make their presentation. (According to Utah State Code, the Board cannot act on items not advertised on the agenda.) V. BUSINESS a. A $500 dollar donation was received from Lynn Wood Service Center for the Heritage Days Fireworks those funds were transferred to the City's Account for the Fireworks. b. A $120 dollar donation was received from Kathy Ostberg for the Clinton Idol and those funds were transferred to the City's Account for the Clinton Idol. c. A $72.99 transfer was made to the City's Account to pay for the IRS and Utah Department of Commerce Filings. d. A $69.11 transfer was made to the City's Account from a donation to the Recreation Department from Clean Cuts trees for the Turkey Trot and Spring Surprise Races. e. The total Transferred was $762.10. f. A donation for $100 was given to the 501c3 from American Online Giving Foundation, because we are part of the Benevity Platform. g. A $500 donation was received from Rocky Mountain Power and transferred to the Clinton City General Fund to be used for the Halloween Walk. h. Dayne Larson, Kathy Ostberg, Bev Lambdin terms are up do they wish to seek another term through October 1, 2027? Dane Larson Yes / No We have asked Josh Rodriguez to be on the board to replace Dane Larson as a representative for the police department of Clinton City. His term will go from October 2025 through October 1, 2027. Kathy Ostberg Yes / No Bev Lambdin Yes / No i. 2026 Meeting Dates: Monday, January 5, 2026, April 6, 2026, October 19, 2026 @ 2:00pm at the Recreation Building. j. Bank Account Balances k. Individual Department/Group Account Balances l. VI. OTHER BUSINESS a. Approval of the Minutes from the meeting on April 7, 2025. Does anyone have any changes to the meeting minutes? Vote on the Minutes. Do we have a motion to adopt the minutes from the last meeting? Motion - Second - Yes - / No- b. Does anyone have any grants they are looking at applying for? If anyone has grants they are applying for please notify the president so they can keep track of the grants applied for and notify the other board members which grants have been applied for so we don't all go after the same grants. c. Any other business d. Board Members Report VII. ACTION ITEMS VIII. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE NEXT MEETING IX. ADJOURN a. Do we have a motion to close the public meeting and adjourn? Motion - Second - Yes - / No- Meeting Times: The first Monday of the month, Monday, January 5, 2026, April 6, 2026, October 19, 2026 at 2:00pm.
