- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to amend portions of the city zoning ordinance, Title 10, in order to amend various setback and parking standards, and to make other clarifications to orientation requirements. The applicant is SUHBA (Southern Utah Home Builders Association), and the representative is Stacy Young.
