Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Zoning Administrator intends to grant approval of an oil and gas drilling and production site conditional use permit land use application requested by Crescent Energy Operating, LLC/Crescent Uinta, LLC to drill and operate four (4) oil wells and construct the Jenson Well Pad, located on Parcel # 00-0035-0825, located about two and a half (2.5) miles north of Roosevelt City.
Approval will be granted on October 24, 2025, unless a property owner with standing requests an administrative hearing. The deadline to request an administrative hearing is 12:00 PM on October 24, 2025.
