Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Zoning Administrator intends to grant approval of an oil and gas drilling and production site conditional use permit land use application requested by Javelin Energy Partners Management/Crescent Energy Operating, LLC to drill and operate six (6) oil wells and construct the Moon Farm Well Pad, located on Parcels # 00-0032-4070 and 00-0032-3390, southeast of the Duchesne County Justice Court.
Approval will be granted on October 24nd, 2025, unless a property owner with standing requests an administrative hearing. The deadline to request an administrative hearing is 12:00 PM on October 24nd, 2025.
