Non-Action Items - Administrative A. Work meeting among the East Zion Special Service District (EZSSD) board members and representatives of Zion Peak Water Company (ZPWC) to discuss key issues, terms, concepts, and responsibilities for an agreement between EZSSD and ZPWC for the transfer and ownership of a waterline system expansion by EZSSD and maintenance and operations of waterline extension by ZPWC. At this meeting, we will not be approving the final agreement terms (that will happen at a future regular EZSSD meeting). Instead, both sides will just be discussing concepts and issues, and then stating their preferences for how to address them in the final agreement. 2. Adjourn
