NOTICE OF MEETING Of THE MORGAN COUCIL OF GOVERNMENTS Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to the members of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) and to the general public that the Morgan Council of Governments will hold a meeting in open public session on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., at the City Building, Council Room, at 90 W Young Street Morgan Utah. AGENDA APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA MINUTES Approval - Minutes of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG)- August 18, 2025 ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION 1. Building Permit Running Totals for City and County 2. WFRC Committee Reports 3. RAMP Tax, Local sales option and Corridor Preservation updates- Kate 4. Emerging Areas Study - Ty 5. General Plan Kick Off - Kate 6. Other 7. Adjourn NEXT MEETING: November 17, 2025, 4:00pm- MORGAN CITY BUILDING, CITY COUNCIL ROOM. In the event of the absence of a full quorum, agenda items will be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting. Notice is hereby given that by motion of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG), pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the Council may vote to hold a closed session for any of the purposes identified in that Chapter.
