SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 51 of 2025 The Salt Lake City Council, at its August 19, 2025, meeting adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 21A.59 of the Salt Lake City Code relating to Design Review. The ordinance clarifies when each section applies to a project, ensures code language clearly communicates the standard's intent, and deletes duplicative standards from the chapter. The legislation also introduces new design standards to further the purpose of the design review process.
