Grant Status: Approved, returning for a final budget update The EH Exec Committee met on 3/27/2025 and favorably recommended this grant as approved. Yr5 NOA arrived late, on 9-2-2025, with a reduction of $10,956. Amounts for LHD contracts as approved in April of 2025 for the original application and budget have not changed. DHHS program has absorbed the decrease in personnel funding. EHEC unanimously voted to accept the new budget and a recommendation of approval to Governance.

R386-703 Injury Reporting Rule Amendment needed to change the blood lead reference level from 5.0 g/dL to 3.5 g/dL. This would be the only change to the rule. EHEC unanimously voted to accept the amendment and a recommendation of approval to Governance. The rule change is forthcoming.
