Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING October 28, 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to update the Layton City General Plan to include a Water Use and Preservation Element in compliance with State Code 10-9a-403. If you desire further information regarding this amendment, please contact the Community & Economic Development Department, (801) 336-3780.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons in need of special accommodations or services to participate in this meeting shall notify the City at least 48 hours in advance at 801-336-3820.
