OAK CITY TOWN BOARD PUBLIC HEARING & REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold a Public Hearing along with its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, October 16, 2025 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The Public Hearing will begin with an invocation and public comment will then be taken on the proposed Ordinance 2025-03 amending the Official Oak City Town Zoning Map and Oak City Town Code, Chapter 155: Zoning, to Reflect the Addition of a 0.5-acre Rural Residential Zone and Change the Designations from RR-1 to RR-.4, etc. to be More Easily Understood. This Hearing will begin at 7:30 pm; after which, the Regular Town Board Meeting will begin. The following agenda items will be considered at the Regular Meeting: A. Adopt Agenda. B. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held Thursday, September 18, 2025. C. Discuss if there is a Town Ordinance Pertaining to Homeowner Front Yard Upkeep Standards - Janet Lindquist. D. Discuss Homecoming Shirts for 2026 Oak City Days - Linda Payne. E. Discuss and Possibly Adopt Ordinance 2025-03 Amending the Official Zoning Map and Oak City Town Code, Chapter 155: Zoning, to Reflect the Addition of a 0.5-acre Rural Residential Zone and Change the Designations from RR-1 to RR-.4, etc. to be More Easily Understood. F. Adopt Resolution 2025-08 Clarifying the Standards and Rules of Order for the Oak City Town Council - Addition of Town Treasurer Duties. G. Public Comment. H. Monthly Financial Report. I.
