- MILLCREEK PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Vacancy and Appointment as Millcreek Mayor Pursuant to Utah Code ยง 20A-1-510, Millcreek hereby gives notice of a vacancy of the Millcreek Mayor due to a midterm resignation. The remaining term will be from November 10, 2025, until the next mayor is sworn in (early January 2028) following the election in 2027. The following individuals declared candidacy (listed in accordance with the 2024-2025 Master Ballot Position List established by the Office of the Lt. Governor): - M. Jamie Walker - M. Gardner Reid - Jacob Richardson - Cheri Jackson - Curtis A. Larsen The Millcreek City Council will interview candidates and select the appointee during a public meeting to be held Monday, November 3, 2025, at 5:30 PM at Millcreek City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, UT 84106. The oath of office will be administered at a public meeting to be held Monday, November 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Millcreek City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, UT 84106.
