- LEGAL NOTICE DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY The Logan Municipal Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the Logan Municipal Council Chambers, 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, not before 5:30 p.m. to allow public comment on the proposed disposition of the following four (4) real properties owned by the City of Logan located at approximately 300 South 100 East in Logan, Utah: (1) Parcel No. 02-053-0021 consisting of approximately 0.38 acres; (2) Parcel No. 02-053-0022 consisting of approximately 0.16 acres; (3) Parcel No. 02-053-0023 consisting of approximately 0.15 acres; and (4) Parcel No. 02-053-0024 consisting of approximately 0.30 acres. Further information on the proposed disposition of these properties can be obtained from the Logan City Recorder's Office, 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, Telephone 435-716-9002.
