- NOTICE & AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING OCTOBER 15, 2025 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA,1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. Review & Discuss & Approve: Annual Conflict of Interest 12. Review & Discuss: Jones & DeMille - Current coding updates 13.
