Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. Reading/Approval of the Minutes. 4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees 5. Discussion/Action Items: A. Discuss Land Use Ordinances. (I) Rezoning Property. (II) Review Subdivision Application Needs. B. Discuss General Plan. (I) Review & Discuss Draft of General Plan Update. C. Discuss dates for Public Hearing and Work Meeting. D. Discuss HOA Training to be held October 23, 2025. E. Review of New Building Permits. F. Discussion on ADU's. G. Follow-up on previous Building Permits. 6. Training 7. Other Business. 8. Adjournment.
