- NOTICE & AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING OCTOBER 15, 2025 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA,1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. Review & Approve: Monthly Financials - September 2025 7. Department and Council Member Reports: David Nielson (Roads) Susan Outzen (Planning & Zoning) Kody Winkle (Parks) Joe Reynolds (Water) 8. Review & Discuss & Approve: Purchase of new lawnmower 9. Review & Discuss & Approve: Fraud Risk Assessment 10. Review & Discuss & Approve: Annual Conflict of Interest 11. Review & Discuss: Jones & DeMille - Current coding updates 12.
