NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONE CHANGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ballard City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. at the Ballard City Offices, 2381 E. 1000 S. Ballard, UT, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning proposed Zone Change.
A zone change is being proposed at approximately 2291 E. Hwy 40 (Max's Place, 8.9 acres) Parcel #170440064. The purpose for the zone change is to allow the back portion of the property to allow for an RV Park. The front portion of the parcel will remain in the Commercial (C2) zoning (Approximately 2.65 acres). The back or north portion of the parcel (approximately 8.9 acres) will be rezoned to MH Zone.
