AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, October 16, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m., held at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Invocation: Public Comment: (No action will be taken on items discussed at this time.) Public not listed on the agenda may make comments at this time - limit 3 minutes. (1) Review minutes of September 18, 2025 board meeting, for approval. (2) Unfinished business and follow-up of previous meeting. (3) Discussion for consideration and approval of October 2025 bills. (4) Items for board discussion and consideration for approval: (a) Discussion / Updates on recruitment process and potential candidates. (Stacee). (b) Discussion and proposal for 2026 'Compensation Management Plan'. - Presentation of employee wage or merit increases for consideration. (Terry, Bill & Matt) (c) Election Cancelled - (Notices posted / Candidates certified - to begin terms Jan/2026) (d) UASD Board annual training Nov 5th. (e) Discussion / Review bids on copier replacement for consideration. (f ) Review previous month billing adjustments for approval. (5) Preliminary 2026 Budget Worksheet Discussion. (a) Discussion and review of 2026 budget. - Wages and Benefits as previously approved. - Discuss proposed projects for 2026. (Bids if available) (6) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: - Samples - 2025 DBP's violation if required notification. (b) Ongoing Projects: (c) Review Revenue and Expense Statement vs. Budget for: September/2025. - Treasurer Review Bank Statements for previous month. (d) Employee/HR Matters: (e) Public Relations: - Wes Hobbs 6077 Breeze / landscape repair-replacement. (7) Possible Closed Meeting: (If needed) (a) Pending or Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment, or Personnel Issues.
