Description/Agenda
Spanish Fork City (City) is accepting proposals from experienced utility line clearance arborists/tree service companies interested in submitting qualifications and costs for tree trimming, pruning, and removal services. It is Mandatory that all interested parties attend the Pre-RFP Meeting described above. Please submit questions for discussion at the Pre-RFP Meeting to Garret Elmer gelmer@spanishfork.gov by October 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM, MT. All other questions after the Pre-RFP Meeting shall be submitted through Virtual-bid. Under no circumstances shall companies contact the City after the Pre-RFP meeting other than through Virtual-bid. Spanish Fork City Power & Light is seeking qualified and experienced utility line clearance arborists/tree service companies to provide tree trimming, pruning, and removal services to maintain required clearances from energized power lines within the Spanish Fork City electrical distribution system.
