Notice is given that the Stockton Town Council will hold a regular meeting as identified below in the Town Council Chambers at the Stockton Town Hall 18 N. Johnson Street, Stockton, Utah. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, any individual who may need special accommodations including auxiliary communicative and services during this meeting shall notify the Town Clerk at (435) 882-3877 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The order of Agenda Items may be changed if deemed appropriate by the Mayor or Town Council. Time limits, if any listed for Agenda items are approximate and may be accelerated or delayed.

6. Department Reports:
a. Sheriffs Report 19 citation
b. Stockton Fire Dept Stockton days went well, served 230 folks. Ran 26 calls, finished ISO rating, waiting on the rating. Currently rated at a 4 (hopefully will stay at a 4 or better) and will include South Rim. New Station will benefit. Using New ESO software for calls. Mowing now is a fire hazard, very dry. Looking at new Contract with County. State agreement will be coming up.
c. Planning and Zoning Report-Annexation
d. Mayors Report - Ace disposal is destroying cans, sent letter to Ace to reimburse or replace garbage cans. Cost of living rate increase. Sewer letters need to go out to those who have not hooked up to sewer. Well is doing great. Pumping more water than previous. Looking for funding to pump more water out. Size of pipe is not big enough.

8. CW Thompson (annexing in to Stockton)- Not asking for water, sewer, or garbage. Un buildable lots. Possible new zone. No development. All applicants touch the sod farm. Different size of lots, smallest 5 acres and largest around 200. Roughly 1000 acres. Mayor will get with CW in the next couple weeks.
9. discussion Jacob smelter cleanup on new construction- Enbridge, digging new natural gas lines to South Rim. Soil needs to be tested. 4ft deep trench and test it, make sure its good. Going across lake.
10. Garbage can price discussion- May need to purchase new cans.
