Description/Agenda: Elsinore Town Job Opening Position: Billing Clerk Elsinore Town is accepting applications for part-time Water Billing Clerk. Applications will be accepted until October 29, 2025. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45 am - 12:15 pm. Minimum requirements include: Reside within the Elsinore Town utility service area High school diploma Skills in typing 10-Key Computer usage- Word/ Excel/ Email Public relations/customer service Office practices Ability to create newsletters and flyers using graphics Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications. Applications and resumes will be accepted at the Elsinore Town Office until noon. Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Elsinore Town reserves the right to reject any or all applications.
