- Public Notice The Hurricane City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting at the Hurricane City Office 147 N 870 West on October 23, 2025 commencing at 6:00 p.m. to take comments on the following: 1. A Zone Change Amendment Request located at 340 N Park View Dr from R1-8, Single family, one unit per 8,000 sqft to RM-1, multi-family six units per acre. Parcel number H-4-1-36-2000. If you would like to make comments, please plan to attend the meeting or provide written comments to publiccomment@cityofhurricane.com or to the Planning Department at the above address for the Planning Commission's consideration by 3 p.m. the day of the meeting.
