Sealed Bids will be received by the Brigham City Recorder until 2:00 PM on November 6, 2025. A pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 AM on October 27, 2025 at the Power Plant (1455 Power Plant Road, Brigham City). Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.
