NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bluff Town Council and Bluff Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Special Meeting of the Governing Bodies for a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, starting at 5:00 pm at the Bluff Community Center, 190 N 3rd E Street, Bluff, UT, 84512. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comments from the public regarding amendments to the BUILDING CODE ENFORCEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION ORDINANCE. Changes to the ordinance include revising procedural items that need to be amended since the ordinance was originally adopted in April of 2025. A copy of the drafted changes, as well as additional meeting details can be found at www.townofbluffutah.gov/public-notices. Written comments may be submitted to the Town of Bluff, P.O. Box 324, Bluff, Utah, 84512, or emailed to office@townofbluffutah.gov until Friday, November 7th at 5:00 pm.
