NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bluff Town Council and Bluff Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Special Meeting of the Governing Bodies for a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, starting at 5:00 pm at the Bluff Community Center, 190 N 3rd E Street, Bluff, UT, 84512.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comments from the public regarding the adoption of a VEHICLE IDLING ORDINANCE. The proposed ordinance would prohibit commercial vehicles and semi-trucks from idling within town boundaries for more than two minutes at a time and impose penalties or fines on violators. A copy of the drafted ordinance, as well as additional meeting details can be found at www.townofbluffutah.gov/public-notices.
Written comments may be submitted to the Town of Bluff, P.O. Box 324, Bluff, Utah, 84512, or emailed to office@townofbluffutah.gov until Friday, November 7th at 5:00 pm.
