NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bluff Town Council and Bluff Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Special Meeting of the Governing Bodies for a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, starting at 5:00 pm at the Bluff Community Center, 190 N 3rd E Street, Bluff, UT, 84512.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comments from the public regarding the adoption of a RENEWABLE ENERGY ORDINANCE. The proposed ordinance would establish regulations for the siting, development, and decommissioning of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and geothermal systems. The proposed ordinance would regulate the development of renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, and geothermal systems, and sets standards for permitting, safety, and environmental protection to support responsible renewable energy development within town limits. Written comments may be submitted to the Town of Bluff, P.O. Box 324, Bluff, Utah, 84512, or emailed to office@townofbluffutah.gov until Friday, November 7th at 5:00 pm.
