NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bluff Town Council and Bluff Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Special Meeting of the Governing Bodies for a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, starting at 5:00 pm at the Bluff Community Center, 190 N 3rd E Street, Bluff, UT, 84512.
The public hearing will be to consider proposed amendments to the TOWN OF BLUFF GENERAL PLAN, pursuant to Utah Code 17-27a-404. Proposed changes include those required by Utah State Code, as well as suggested changes from a third-party general plan consultant. Proposed changes include updating: data included in the current status of each section, adding the Bluff Airport as a subsection under 'Transportation', as well as adding additional information regarding Non-Motorized Transportation, adding a subsection on Housing, adding a subsection on Workforce, updating information related to Town-Owned Assets, updating information on Water, updating the section on Enforcement, and adding a section on Implementation. A future-use zoning map is incorporated into the plan, however, no zoning amendments are being proposed in the amendments.
