*Open Public Meeting Discuss Budget update: Kimble and Roberts audit, cost will be $10,000 and will be done in December. October 28,2025 state funds will be frozen. Will rectify after audit complete. Pelorus can reconcile for $750, we will move forward with them.
*Redo budget to accommodate and correct outstanding 2025 budget

*Agenda: Water operator position will interview next Wednesday at our emergency meeting. Dalton Williams will interview at 5:30 pm and Josh Haley will Interview at 6:00 pm.
*Radiofrequency for meter reading status, 10 transducers installed and antenna need to be installed. Brad will come down in December. 11/2' will have radio read, 5 2' will not have radio read.
* Jobs that need to be completed : New tank needs to be painted, sunset project and transducers completed. Kevin will stay on for another month to assist new water operator.
* Water 2025 water quality report and where to locate report: * Water 2025 water quality report can be located in the front of the water building in the plexy case.
* CWSSD MOU. Rates will be the same for everyone until adjoining neighbors have a rate.
*Navajo Hills 25-35 properties. Approximately 11 properties were recorded. Sitla will buy. Landowners need to be contacted for limited power of attorney. Dalton will help out. Pat Bendall has been paid and needs to finish. $2000 needs to be spent on Capital gains.
*Clerk's report: total operating expense: Prior year to date $44,433.58 Annual budget $79,000.44.17% used. Total operating expense PYT: $1,155,361.32 Annual budget $368,080 59.14% used. Non-operating income $1,079,117.49Annual budget $308,324.06 62.95% used.
*Treasurer report: Accounts ending balance $95,704.25. outstanding checks and withdrawals $14,140.01. General ledger balance: $78,501.01. Deposits $4,103.14
*Water operators report: Sold $918,000 gallons to residential customers, 132,00 gallons of water to industrial customers, 122, 000 gallons of water to commercial customers for a total of 1,117,200 gallons of water sold. 1,181,775 gallons of water were pumped from well 3 and 40,000 gallons of water were pumped from well 1 for a variance of 104,575 gallons of water.
November meeting will be held 3rd Wednesday 19th at 6 pm and December meeting 3rd Wednesday 17@ 6:00 pm. Due to Holidays.
