Description/Agenda

The North Logan City Planning Commission hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 in the Council Chambers of the North Logan City Offices at 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, UT, beginning at 6:30 PM. During this meeting a public hearing will be held for the following agenda item. 1) PUBLIC HEARING - ZTA-2025-01 (2025 General Plan Implementation Amendments): Public Hearing and potential action regarding draft zoning text amendments intended to implement the goals and strategies outlined in the 2025 General Plan and City Center Master Plan. Specifically, the Planning Commission seeks public input on the draft amendments contained within NLMC Title 12 (Land Use) along with the draft City Center Form Based Code (FBC). Following the hearing, the Planning Commission may take action to provide a formal recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed amendments. Copies of the full packet of proposed amendments are available through NLCPLAN.ORG. Interested citizens are invited to attend. Scott Perkes, Community Development Director
