Review current income & expenses. 3. Approval of September 8, 2025 minutes. 4. Public input (limit 15 minutes). 5. Discuss the need to possibly increase rates for 2026 6. Discuss water availability and flow right on canal 7. Discuss upcoming election. 8. Discuss new lease on Kubota equipment. 9. Discuss lead and copper funding deadline, and possible ways to use remaining funds 10. System O&M reports. Billing issues Operational Issues Infrastructure Water availability 11. Executive session as needed. Adjourn.
