Approved Minutes of Southwestern Special Service District Meeting held on Thursday July 31, 2025, 7:00 pm at the Winchester Hills Fire Station, Winchester Hills, Utah I. Call to Order A. Invocation: Kathy Farnsworth B. Pledge of Allegiance: Darryl Fisk C. Attendance: Ferris Emery, Cheryl Christensen, Don Ruesch, Kathy Farnsworth, Rich Kelly, Chief Christensen, Darryl Fisk (volunteer) II. Public Comments No Public in attendance III. Reports A. Fire Cheif's report: Pine Vally report from Darryl Fisk, few calls. B. Approve May 2025 minutes: Rich made a motion to approve the May 2025 minutes. Don 2nd that motion approved unianimously. IV. Approval of Financial reports A. Rich financial reports: Don made a motion to approve the May and June 2025 financial reports, Cheryl 2nd that motion approved unianimously. B. Bills: Tatum 2 months, PEHP insurance, auto liability, Utilities. Cheryl made a motion to pay all bills discussed, Don 2nd that motion approved unanimously. C. Deposits: Rent/impact fees/Taxes for may and June VI. Business: September meeting resolution to surrender election, propose to schedule a meeting every month, ID card for fire fighters to recieve discounts, Ice machine donated to fire station. Don made a motion to adjourn, Cheryl 2nd that motion approved unianimously. Next scheduled meetin September 18, 202 at 7:00 pm
