NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. Residents that would like to address the Council must submit their questions or concern in writing to the City Office at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email eurekacity@eureka.utah.gov. The agenda shall be as follows:

1. Rural Water Assn. - Presentation of Award to Joe Carpenter.
2. Flood Control Project
3. Rocky Mountain Power - Renewal of Franchise Agreement Ordinance.
4. Decision on whether a public hearing is required for Andres Camarena's request to purchase a piece of City Property that lies between her two properties on Church Street and Deprizin Street.
5. Planning Commission: Application from Harley Bradbury to become a member of the Planning Commission.
6. Purchase Requisitions for Water Department and Street Department.
7. Discussion for Future Meetings.
