PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN (IFFP) AND PROPOSED IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND TO ADOPT, ENACT OR MODIFY: IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN (IFFP), WRITTEN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS (IFA), AND IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT FOR STORM WATER SERVICE. South Jordan City, located in Salt Lake County, Utah serving development within the City's current municipal boundaries, intends to enact or modify its Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP), Impact Fee Analysis (IFA), and Impact Fee Enactment related to storm water service, see service area map attached. Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing at 6:30pm on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at South Jordan City Council Chambers (1600 W Towne Center Dr. South Jordan, UT 84095). The City invites the public to attend the hearing and provide any comments related to the referenced documents. The draft documents are also available for review at both South Jordan libraries (South Jordan Library, 10673 S. Redwood Road and Daybreak Library, 11358 S. Grandville Ave), at South Jordan City Hall, 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, and on the City's website at https://utsouthjordan. civicplus.com/500/Public-Notices Ordinance 2025-18, Adopting an amended and updated Storm Drain Facilities Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA); adopting an amended and updated Impact Fee for Storm Water Facilities; establishing service area; and/or other related matters.
