- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. 1. Welcome - Chairperson 2. Roll Call - Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson September 9, 2025, Regular CDRA Meeting held at 6:00 p.m. 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson Invoice Register dated September 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, in the amount of $638,614.18 5. CDRA Executive Director Report 6. CDRA Chairperson Report 7. Discussion/Action: 8. Adjourn In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available.
