NOTICE OF ORDINANCES
Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council at its regular meeting of October 9, 2025, passed the following ordinance:
1. Ordinance No. 2025-15: An ordinance adding section 14.14.170 to the Parowan City Municipal Code establishing Open Space Requirements in new residential subdivisions.
2. Ordinance No. 2025-16: An ordinance establishing Chapter 15.66 of the Parowan City Municipal Code regulating Short Term Rentals.
3. Ordinance No. 2025-17: An ordinance repealing Parowan City Municipal Code Chapters 13.04 and 13.05 and Enacting New Chapters 2.16 Procurement and Purchasing and Chapter 2.18 Disposal of City Assets.
A copy of said ordinance are attached below and may also be viewed at the office of the Parowan City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah.
